Discretion and privacy
Will anyone know what I ordered?
No. Your order leaves in a plain box with no logo and no mention of what is inside, from a neutral sender name. The name on your card statement is neutral too and never contains the word lingerie.
Is there anything inside the box that gives it away?
There are no prices or invoices in the parcel, so it can go straight to someone as a gift. The outside of the box says nothing about the contents.
Who can see my order history?
Only you, after signing in to your account. We never share what you buy with anyone for marketing, and we do not use advertising pixels.
Size and fit
What if it does not fit?
Measure first with our size guide, it covers every cut we make. If an unworn bra, corset or robe with its tags still on is the wrong size, you can exchange it once for another size within 30 days of delivery.
Is an open cup bra supportive at all?
Yes, when the band fits. The band and the underwire or frame below the bust carry the weight, which is why we size open cup bras by the underbust. Longline and quarter cup styles give the most lift.
Is it comfortable or just for photos?
It is made to be worn for an evening. We use soft stretch lace, mesh and satin, bind the edges of every opening, keep waistbands wide and flat, and cut plus sizes on their own patterns so straps do not dig in.
What sizes do you carry?
Letter sizes from XS to 4X, with plus cuts from 1X to 4X. Stockings and body stockings come in One Size, about 90 to 160 lb, and Queen, about 150 to 250 lb.
Exchanges and the sales policy
Can I return it?
Intimate pieces are final sale for hygiene: panties, thongs, bodysuits, body stockings, stockings and pasties. Bras, corsets and robes can be exchanged once for another size if unworn with tags within 30 days. A wrong or faulty item is always replaced.
What happens if my parcel is lost?
Write to us with your order number. Once the carrier confirms the parcel is lost, we send the same pieces again.
Why are panties and stockings final sale?
They are worn against intimate skin. Final sale means every piece you receive has never been tried on by anyone else.
Gifts
How do I buy as a gift without knowing the size?
Read the size from a bra or dress label she wears often and convert it with our size guide, or choose a piece that forgives a wrong guess, like a robe, a harness, a body stocking or an accessory for two. Our gift guide has more ideas.
Can the recipient exchange the size?
Yes, for an unworn bra, corset or robe with tags, once, within 30 days of delivery. Write to us with the order number.
Shipping and payment
How long does shipping take?
We ship within the US only. Standard shipping costs $9, is free from $100 and takes 3 to 6 business days. Express costs $19 and takes 1 to 2 business days.
How can I pay?
By card on the secure page of an adult-approved card payment provider, with 3D Secure confirmation from your bank, or in crypto. Your card details never reach our servers.
Is sales tax added?
Where it applies, sales tax is shown at checkout before you pay. All prices are in US dollars.
Le Secret club
How does Le Secret work?
You prepay a number of months. Le Secret, $69 a month, sends one curated erotic piece or accessory in your size each month, with 15 percent off the shop and free shipping. Le Secret Duo, $119 a month, sends a full set and a couples accessory, with 20 percent off and free express shipping.
Can I stop the club?
Yes, in your account at any time. Canceling stops the next prepayment, and you keep every month you have already paid for. Paid months are final.
Am I charged automatically?
Prepaid periods of 3, 6 or 12 months never charge again on their own: seven days before they end we email a link to prepay the next months. A single month paid by card renews monthly until you stop it in your account. A membership paid in crypto never renews by itself.
Can I skip a month?
Yes, up to 2 months in a row, from your account. A skipped month moves your next delivery forward and you do not lose it.
