Terms of service

1. The service

indiscret.com is an online shop for erotic lingerie and accessories for adults, operated by the administrator of the indiscret.com service. You can reach the administrator at [email protected].

2. Adults only

You must be 18 or older, and of legal age where you live, to browse, create an account, place an order or join the club. By confirming your age you declare that this is true. We cancel orders and close accounts belonging to anyone under 18.

3. Orders and prices

All prices are in US dollars. Shipping and, where it applies, sales tax are shown at checkout before you pay. An order is accepted when payment is confirmed and you receive the confirmation email. If a piece turns out to be unavailable or a price was shown in obvious error, we contact you before shipping and you may choose another piece or cancel that item, in which case the amount for it is returned to your payment method.

4. Payment

You can pay by card through an adult-approved card payment provider, where your bank may ask you to confirm the payment with 3D Secure, or in crypto through a crypto payment provider. We never receive or store your full card details. A crypto order is accepted once the network confirms the payment.

5. Shipping

We deliver within the United States only, in a plain box under a neutral sender name. Prices, delivery times and what to do if a parcel is lost are described on the shipping page, which forms part of these terms.

6. Sales policy

Intimate pieces are final sale for hygiene. Bras, corsets and robes may be exchanged once for another size within 30 days of delivery if unworn with tags, and wrong, faulty or lost items are replaced. The full rules are in the sales policy, which forms part of these terms.

7. The Le Secret club

• Le Secret ($69 a month) and Le Secret Duo ($119 a month) are paid in advance for a number of months, 1, 3, 6 or 12. The full prices are shown on the Le Secret page and at checkout.
• Prepaid months are final. Prepaid periods of 3, 6 or 12 months do not renew by themselves; before they end we email a link to prepay again. A single month paid by card renews monthly until you stop the renewal in your account. A membership paid in crypto does not renew by itself.
• Canceling, available at any time in your account, stops the next prepayment. It does not reverse a prepayment already made, and you receive every month you have paid for.
• You may skip up to 2 months in a row. A skipped month is moved forward, not lost.
• One membership per customer. We may cancel duplicate memberships created to combine benefits, and the months already paid remain yours on the first membership.
• Upgrading from Le Secret to Le Secret Duo takes effect at once and charges the difference for the remaining prepaid months immediately.
• Member discounts apply to shop orders placed while the membership is active and cannot be combined with other codes unless stated.

8. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your password private and for activity under your account. Tell us at once if you believe someone else has used it. You can close your account at any time by writing to us. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms.

9. Acceptable use

• Do not use the site for anything unlawful, or to buy on behalf of someone under 18.
• Do not attempt to access other accounts, interfere with the site or copy its content and photographs.
• Do not place orders with payment details you are not authorized to use.
• Do not open a chargeback without first contacting us about the problem.

10. Content and images

All text, photographs and designs on indiscret.com are protected and may not be reused without permission. Every person shown in our images is an adult. Colors on screen may differ slightly from the actual fabric.

11. Liability

We are responsible for delivering the pieces you ordered as described. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be waived.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws applicable to the administrator of the service, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protection rules of the state where you live.

13. Changes

We may update these terms, and the date at the top shows the latest version. The terms in force when you place an order or a club prepayment apply to that order or prepayment.
