Plus size erotic lingerie guide, fit, sizing and the styles to start with
Plus size erotic lingerie fits when it is cut on its own pattern, not scaled up. Measure your underbust, bust, waist and hips, choose by the band for bras and by the hips for bottoms, and look for wider straps, deeper frames and Queen hosiery. Our plus cuts run 1X to 4X.

Erotic lingerie is often designed for one body and then simply stretched to cover others. The result is familiar to anyone who has worn it: straps that dig in, a band that rolls, an opening in the wrong place. Plus size erotic lingerie should be made the other way around, starting from a fuller figure and asking what it needs to look and feel its best.
What a plus cut changes
Our plus cuts from 1X to 4X are patterned separately rather than enlarged from a Medium. In practice that means:
- Wider straps and bands. Pressure is spread over a larger area, so nothing cuts in, even after hours.
- Deeper frames on open cup bras. The underwire or frame is shaped for a fuller bust and actually lifts.
- Higher rise options. Briefs that sit at or above the natural waist, which many fuller figures find more flattering and more comfortable.
- Openings placed for the body. On crotchless styles the opening is positioned and sized for the larger pattern, not stretched wide.
The whole range is collected on our plus size erotic lingerie page.
Measuring for a plus cut
Four numbers, a soft tape and a mirror. Keep the tape level and snug, never tight.
- Underbust. Directly under the bust, around the ribcage. This decides the band.
- Bust. Around the fullest part, wearing a thin unpadded bra.
- Waist. At the narrowest point, or where your waistband naturally sits.
- Hips. Around the fullest part of the hips and seat, feet together.
| Size | Underbust | Bust | Hips | US |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 1X | 36 to 37 in | 43 to 45 in | 45 to 47 in | 14W to 16W |
| 2X | 38 to 40 in | 46 to 48 in | 48 to 50 in | 18W to 20W |
| 3X | 41 to 43 in | 49 to 51 in | 51 to 53 in | 22W |
| 4X | 44 to 46 in | 52 to 54 in | 54 to 56 in | 24W |
Choose bras and sets by the underbust, bottoms by the hips. If your bust and hips point to different sizes, you can pair an open cup bra and a crotchless brief bought as separate pieces, each in its own size. The complete chart and the fit finder are in our size guide.
Styles that suit fuller figures
Open cup sets with a structured frame
A fuller bust looks spectacular in an open cup when the frame is strong enough to lift. The Soupir Open Cup Set ($119) is made in plus cuts, in lace with a firm band. For more lift, the Fente Open Cup Longline ($92) extends down the ribs and spreads the support.
Crotchless briefs with a high rise
The Envers Crotchless Panty ($38) is a full brief in stretch lace, up to 4X, with a flat waistband. It looks like classic lace from every angle until it matters.
Corsets that shape
A corset is the most flattering piece for many curvy bodies, because it defines the waist and supports the bust at once. The Etreinte Overbust Corset ($168) in satin is cut in plus sizes. If you sit between two sizes, take the larger: boning does not stretch.
Sheer pieces that float
The Apres Minuit Sheer Gown ($98) and the Ombre Mesh Bodysuit ($96) both run in plus sizes. Sheer fabric over a fuller figure looks soft and generous, never clingy, especially in Noir or Nuit.
Queen hosiery
For stockings, body stockings and crotchless pantyhose, choose Queen, which fits about 150 to 250 lb. It is cut wider at the thigh and longer in the leg, so it stays up and does not roll. Our fishnet stockings and body stockings both come in Queen.
Roleplay and costumes in plus sizes
Costumes are often the hardest pieces to find in extended sizes. The Gouvernante and Directrice roleplay sets are cut up to 4X. Browse our plus size erotic costumes for the full selection.
Comfort that lasts the evening
Lingerie should be comfortable enough to forget about. Check three things on a new piece: the band should stay level at the back when you raise your arms, the straps should not leave a deep mark after twenty minutes, and a brief should not roll at the waist when you sit. If any of these fail, the size or the cut is wrong, not your body.
Your first piece
If you have never worn erotic lingerie before, start with the piece that feels most like you, not the boldest one on the page. For many women that is a lace set with a high waist brief, because it feels secure and looks unmistakably sensual. Others prefer a sheer gown, which skims the body and moves when you walk. Once you are at ease in one piece, the next step comes naturally, whether that is an open cup, a crotchless brief or a corset. Our lingerie sets include several plus cut combinations that are a good place to begin.
Pay attention to color as well. Deep shades like Noir, Bordeaux and Nuit create a strong silhouette, while Rose Smoke and Ivoire look soft and romantic against the skin. There is no rule about which suits a fuller figure better. Choose the color you already love wearing, and you will feel it the moment you see yourself in the mirror.
When the size is not right
An unworn bra, corset or robe with its tags on can be exchanged once for another size within 30 days of delivery. Panties, bodysuits, body stockings and hosiery are final sale for hygiene, so measuring carefully first pays off. A faulty or wrong item is always replaced. Every order ships in a plain box with a neutral sender name.
Plus size erotic lingerie is not a smaller selection of the real thing. It is the real thing, cut for you. Start with one piece that fits beautifully, and the rest of the drawer will follow.
Questions
What sizes is your plus size erotic lingerie made in?
Plus cuts run from 1X to 4X, roughly US 14W to 24W. Hosiery comes in Queen, which fits about 150 to 250 lb.
Is plus size erotic lingerie just a bigger version of the standard size?
Not here. Our plus cuts are patterned separately, with wider straps and bands, deeper frames and openings placed for the larger pattern.
How do I choose between two plus sizes?
For bras and sets follow the underbust. For bottoms follow the hips. For corsets take the larger size because boning does not stretch.
Which hosiery size should I choose as a plus size?
Queen. It is wider at the thigh and longer in the leg, so stockings stay up and body stockings do not pull at the shoulders.
Can I exchange a plus size corset if it does not fit?
Yes. An unworn corset with its tags on can be exchanged once for another size within 30 days of delivery.
